i found this plugin called humanoid from babyaudio that i kinda love? this might be the sort of effect i’m looking for. i like its formant shifter.

still need to track the end. not gonna happen this week, i don’t think.

okay i retracked some of the vocals today and i feel a little bit better about it. i still need to figure out what i’m going to do with the end. i think that in my heart we need a big huge tempo change chorus—a little more groove, a little more chug. idk. i’m gonna move on.

sorta just did this in one whirlwind day. i can’t figure out what i want the vocal to sound like. in a perfect world, i would just have someone else sing it.
